I returned to illustrator to reconsider some of the basic geometry of my piece. Now experimenting with the possibilities that emerge when casting two pieces - one the mirrored image of the other.
Also exploring the possibilities for the secondary network of translucency (the interior lines in the upper drawing) to aggregate through the tessellation of the larger object, though that needs more massaging. Putting the new design back into Modo tonight and tomorrow.
